Multi-Car Crash On I-81 Jams Traffic For 8 Miles

A crash on Interstate 81 backed up traffic for nearly eight miles on Friday, Sept. 15.

It happened on the northbound side of the highway at mile marker 269.6 in the Shenandoah County.

As of 3:40 p.m., eight miles of delays were being reported by the VDOT.
